We dispatch all orders within 24 hours, unless stated otherwise. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Yes, we offer exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order.

Due to the limited nature of our drops, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or provide refunds. For any concerns, reach out to us—we’re always here to help.
How do I apply a discount code?
At checkout, you’ll see a field to enter your discount code. Input it before payment, and the discount will be applied to your total. Only one code can be used per order.
How should I care for Emberstory clothing?
Hand wash only in cold water. Air-dry flat. Do not dry clean or iron directly on the prints. Our fabrics are made to last—handle with care and love.
