How to Initiate an Exchange:
Please email us at info@emberstory.in with your order details and reason for exchange.
Exchange Request Window:
Exchange will be initiated within 48 hours of product delivery.
Exchange Conditions:
All exchange items will undergo a quality check upon receipt.
Products that fail the hygiene or quality check will not be eligible for exchange.
If the product is not returned in its original packaging, an additional ₹100 will be deducted.
Size Availability:
Exchanges are subject to size availability.
If your required size is out of stock, you will be issued store credit valid for future purchases.
We reserve the right to deny exchanges if:
The product is used or shows signs of wear.
The product is damaged upon return.
Cancellation Policy
